Since every product is Made to Order, cancellation is only possible before production begins.

1. Order Cancellation Window

• Cancellation allowed within 6 hours of placing the order.

• After 6 hours, the order automatically moves to production.

2. Once Production Starts

Once your order enters stitching/processing:
❌ Cancellation not allowed
❌ No refund possible
Because the product is already being made specifically for you.

3. COD Orders

COD orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

4. Cancellation Due to Wrong Address

If the customer provides a wrong address and the parcel returns:

• Reshipping charges will apply

• No refund for original order
