At House of Varnam, we follow a Made-to-Order production model to ensure every piece is freshly crafted with precision and quality. Please read the shipping policy below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Made to Order Processing Time

All our products are Made to Order.

We start making your shirt only after your order is placed.

Production time: 5–7 business days (1 week)

After the product is made, it is packed and shipped immediately.
This process ensures premium quality, perfect stitching, and a fresh piece made only for you.
2. Delivery Time (After Shipping)
Once your order is shipped, the courier delivery timeline is:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
These timelines are separate from the 1-week production time.
3. Total Expected Delivery Time
Production Time (1 week) + Courier Time (3–7 days)
Most customers receive their orders within 10–14 days from the date of ordering.
4. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping

COD: ₹50 extra (if enabled later)
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/Email/SMS.

You can track your shipment in real time.
6. Incorrect Address / Customer Unavailable
If delivery fails due to:

Phone not reachable

Customer not available
Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times, after which the parcel will return to us.
Re-shipping charges will apply.
