RETURN & REFUND POLICY – House of Varnam

At House of Varnam, each product is Made to Order, stitched freshly after the order is placed. We do this to ensure perfect quality, hygiene, and a premium experience.
Because of this model, please read our return and refund rules carefully.


1. Return Policy

We do not accept returns since every product is made individually for each customer.

However, we accept returns in the following cases:
✔ Wrong product received
✔ Wrong size delivered (different from what you ordered)
✔ Damaged or defective product received

In such cases, you must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos

  • Unboxing video (if available)

  • Order number

If approved, we will arrange a replacement.


2. Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement only if:

  • Product delivered is incorrect

  • Product is damaged

  • Size delivered is incorrect

Replacement will take 7–14 days after approval.


3. No Refund on Made-to-Order

Since all items are:

  • Made to order

  • Customized according to your size

  • Freshly stitched

We do not offer refunds on orders.


4. Refund (Only for Cancelled Orders Before Production)

If your order has not entered production, you may request a refund.
Once production has started, refund is not possible.


5. Wrong Address / Customer Unavailable

If the parcel returns due to wrong address or customer not answering,
→ Reshipping charges will apply
→ No refund applicable
